"Your Service Personals are friendley and very sharp in seeing the problems with my bike. And letting me know where the problem(s) is and what is needed to keep My bike running. Thanks to Derick Service man and the Derick the mechanic and Alex I would of had a accident real soon,if they did catch all the problems with my bike.
NOW,,, the bike runs real well and I feels real safe, knowing that the troubles with it, has been fixed and updated with new parts and maintenance... "

"I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere thanks for what all your guys in service did for my dad Sunday morning at the Love Ride. Him and I had ridden out from Riverside to participate in the event, and on the way he began having electrical problems with his Ultra. Lucky for us, the guys at Glendale Harley were working (on a freak'n Sunday!!). No sooner had we gotten the bike into the shop then there were three mechanics wrench'n on it. Everyone in the shop was very cool to us and eager to do anything they could. The problem ended up being the stater and within about an hour or so, they had a new one in and we were on our way! I grew up around Harley's and bikers in general. I am proud to know that the way bikers take care of each other has not changed. Thank you again for everything your guys did! They saved our ride, and treated us like old friends while doing it.
