LOVE RIDE 25 KICK-OFF/VOLUNTEER PARTY SAT. JULY 26TH 10AM-4PM
We are having a block party this Saturday to kick off registration for our Silver Anniversary Love Ride 25. (Who's playing you ask? Get down here to the dealership in order to find out!) We're also saluting and thanking all our volunteers for their steadfast support the past 25 years. Here's the agenda for the party. 10:00am - Love Ride 25 registration begins. 11:20am - The band Color of The Day hits the stage.
12:00pm - Oliver thanks the volunteers, introduces this year's Love Ride beneficiaries and announces this years two headlining music acts for Love Ride 25. 12:30pm - Hard Miles Band hits the stage. 11:00am-3:00pm - we will have a strolling magician, balloon dude and airbrush tatoo artist (don't worry Mom, they come off in two weeks).
Food will include steak, chicken, beans, rice, salad, tortillas and a some very special afternoon desserts. Volunteers eat free, (a $5 suggested donation to the Love Ride Foundation would be appreciated from everyone else). It's all up to you. Come out, register for the ride, and enjoy the block party. 105TH ANNIVERSARY PARTY/RIDE FAQ
So, here is the skinny on our 105th Anniversary Party/Ride. First we are having a launch party the night of August 18th. From 5-7pm we will have great food and drinks, then we walk over to our employee parking lot, now transformed into a state-of-the-art outdoor movie theatre. Candy, popcorn, soda and a 20 foot high screen. First, we screen a short film on the history of the Rock House. Then we hear from the Harley exec, Mr. Copes, who will be leading the ride. Then we sit back and enjoy a high def screening of the classic "Easy Rider". Next morning between 6-7am we ride out from the dealership to Las Vegas for the first leg of the ride home to Milwaukee. The party and the movies will end shortly after 10pm. There are no costs involved (except your food and lodging on the road), so get yourself over here. Even if you can't make the ride, come out to the party to properly send off those heading out. You will not forget this launch party!
